With version 3.1 the following exception is raised when building the
HTML documentation:

ImportError: cannot import name 'environmentfilter' from 'jinja2' (/usr/local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/jinja2/__init__.py)

This is likely because sphinx is pinned to an older version. The doc
dependencies should really be updated at some point.
