This occurs as the gazebo configutation for the TurtleBot is incorrect (Needs to be configured with a Kinect or Orbbec Astra camera).

#### Error with real Turtlebot usb device: due to user priviledges

Simple fix:

> sudo chown -R user:users /dev/bus/usb
