[NEW][UPD] Add of anime.js dependency and update of composer.lock

Rodriguez Nyiringabo requested to merge rodriguezny/tiki:addition-of-animejs-dependency into master

After added anime.js package in satis.json file and composer.tiki.org, the next step was to add the entry anime.js dependency in composer.json and update composer.lock to add anime.js in tiki dependency.
