Alcotezt [src/proto_/lib_client/test]

Context

This MR depends on !7655 (merged).

This MR applies the Alcotezt wrapper on the tests:

• proto_011_PtHangz2/lib_client/test
• proto_012_Psithaca/lib_client/test
• proto_013_PtJakart/lib_client/test
• proto_014_PtKathma/lib_client/test
• proto_015_PtLimaPt/lib_client/test
• proto_016_PtMumbai/lib_client/test
• proto_alpha/lib_client/test

Practically, this MR contains:

• Modification manifest/main.ml for using tezt instead of tests registration function and generate dune and opam files.
• Modifying the tests to make it compile with Alcotezt.

Manually testing the MR

Running the test (examples for src/proto_011_PtHangz2/lib_client/test):

dune exec src/proto_011_PtHangz2/lib_client/test/main.exe -- --info
