Tezt/lib_tezos: make functions in Client.Zk_rollup simple wrappers, closes #4773

Context

As pointed out by @iguerNL, some functions in the Zk_rollup module of client.ml didn't respect the convention that establishes functions in this file should be simple wrappers of the octez CLI. This MR fixes this, by moving the calls to bake_for away from these functions.
