Tezt: `py2ml` test_contract: TestContracts

Context

Part of #3942 (closed).

Run the tests with:

dune exec tezt/tests/main.exe -- --file scripts_illtyped.ml
dune exec tezt/tests/main.exe -- --file transfer.ml

This MR is dependent on the discussion here !6522 (closed) being resolved.
