Profiler: Change lod to verbosity

What

For better readability in the future, the following has been changed:

• lod -> verbosity
• lod_encoding -> verbosity_encoding
• apply_lod_to_aggregated -> apply_verbosity_to_aggregated
• max_lod -> max_verbosity
• node_lod -> node_verbosity
• item_lod -> item_verbosity
• apply_lod -> apply_verbosity
• loda, lodb, plod -> verbosity_a, verbosity_b, p_verbosity
