Draft: Enable direct ticket spending

What

Last MR about direct transfer. After reworking the transfer mode, introducing and using a MichelsonTicket constructor, this MR enables the feature flag for direct transfer!

Why

Improve ticket-UX.

How

By setting direct_ticket_spending_enable to true.
