EVM/Node: store kernel logs and events

Context

It's too much noise on the stdout, it:

1. Logs the kernel logs to file
2. Use different files for regular execution, simulations etc.

It also emit events based on the prefix Debug, Info, Error and Fatal.

Manually testing the MR

Run some tests with --verbose and --keep-temp.
