KernelSDK: Add MichelsonTicket type

Context

Third part of #6643 (closed), this MR adds the new MichelsonTicket type in the Kernel SDK. This will allow rollups to generate proofs using the new Ticket %ticketer %contents_type %contents %amount representation, instead of the old deprecated one Pair %ticketer (Pair %contents %amount)

• Switching unparsing mode for rollups to Optimized_legacy !12030 (merged)
• Adding the unparsing of D_Ticket !11619 (merged)

Next MRs will be:

• Put legacy Pair under legacy flag !11620 (merged)
• Switch back from Optimized instead of Optimized_legacy !12048 (merged)

Next steps following pair with @emturner (thanks again 🙏):

1. Duplicate NomReader/binWriter for each Michelson type
2. Move the conversion from Node to MichelsonUnit into separate function (to have correct array checking)
3. use MapRes
