EVM/Node: inject all transactions at once

Context

Closes #6438 (closed), but I'm not sure this will fix the flakiness completely. This is anyhow relevant because this mechanism can be generalised for the sequencer, instead of "injecting everything at once", we'll put everything in a blueprint and bake a block !
