Draft: lib_bls_12_381: update vendored Blst library

Context

Updates the vendored Blst library to commit hash 90883355c5e0d4c9fd2a52fb2a8a237579878137 using the src/lib_bls12_381/update_blst.sh script (details in commit messages).
