Imports vehicles with characters and assigns ownership
Bonus: Also fixes minor bug that prevented autocalc being set appropriately due to an improper assignment of the autocalc boolean and defaults in SWADE making it seem as though it was working properly.

Note: This could use some additional QA just to be safe.
