Following the MR !319 (merged) which introduce CI testing of authentication to public repo https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-elements/ci-tooling/sample-workload-teams-repo.git.

The token is a deploy token that has read permission on a public repository.

The harmless git commit is added, with this MR, to the gitleaks ignore list
