more container image overrides for bitnami images, use bitnamilegacy instead (+ CI check)

Closes #2889 (closed)

Additionally to bitnami container image changes, this MR includes the addition of a tool (initially proposed in !5527 (closed)) to check that all images are catched (well, at least the ones referred to in Helm chart values).

The mgmt-check-bitnami-helm-images and wkld-check-bitnami-helm-images report no more problematic image after this change (they were, as expected, reporting bitnami image during the work on this MR before covering all units).

• autorun pipelines
• allow failure on pipelines
• record sylvactl events

Notes:

• Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
• Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
• if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
