Add liveness and readiness probe to nfs-ganesha POD

What does this MR do and why?

This MR introduces readiness and liveness probes for the NFS-Ganesha-provisioner Pod.

Currently, we are using the upstream Helm chart: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/nfs-ganesha-server-and-external-provisioner/blob/master/charts/nfs-server-provisioner/templates/statefulset.yaml which does not include any health probes by default.

We recently encountered an issue where the NFS-Ganesha-provisioner Pod was running, but unable to serve requests because the underlying NFS services had become unresponsive.

The liveness probe will help detect such situations and automatically restart the Pod when NFS services are unresponsive.

The readiness probe ensures that the Pod is only marked ready once it is fully functional and capable of serving requests after (re)start.

Global config for deployment pipelines

  • autorun pipelines
  • allow failure on pipelines
  • record sylvactl events

Notes:

  • Enabling autorun will make deployment pipelines to be run automatically without human interaction
  • Disabling allow failure will make deployment pipelines mandatory for pipeline success.
  • if both autorun and allow failure are disabled, deployment pipelines will need manual triggering but will be blocking the pipeline

Be aware: after configuration change, pipeline is not triggered automatically. Please run it manually (by clicking the run pipeline button in Pipelines tab) or push new code.
