Resolve "PolicyException using the wrong policy name"

Fixes the name of the policy to put an exception on.
Currently the neuvector scanner can't be enabled because the policy exception which allows the image names with the "latest" tag is broken as it refer to the previous name which was disallow-latest-tag.
