split and migrate sylva-core/README into documentation portal

What does this MR do and why?

#1034 (closed)

Makes sylva-core/README proper to a git repository, the other stuff goes into the documentation portal (check associated MR)

  • Giving an example: "accessing the admin sso password" will be in the tutorial section and if needed a reference to this tutorial will be placed in different operational document (eg. "Security/Admin Credentials" or "Administration/Accessing UIs" or "Tutorial/Accessing-sso-password")

  • Still the main goal is to have a relevant single point of access for ressources/documents and of course to be able to reference those documents where needed.

  • This MR is only about moving documents, no changes have been made to the content
