sylva-core/README is too big, contains too much information and with the new documentation portal, it needs to be reworked and splitted in multiples parts.
Aiming to :
1 Take sylva-core/README.md and make it concise to access relevant information only
2 Take the rest of the document and produce multiple unitary documents out of it
3 Upload those documents into the Sylva documentation portal (repo/URL)
