When it comes to lighting controllers in SignalRGB the most important part is the controller itself. Everything connected to it is detected and configured via that devices settings, and internally for RGB everything connected to that controller is effectively one long LED strip of data. This means the Controller needs to be configured with what's connected to it as SignalRGB doesn't concern itself with brands or company limitations. You can connect ANY component to ANY controller in SignalRGB.

To configure the connected Components in SignalRGB you'll need to follow a few steps

1. Go into the lighting controllers settings page by going into \`Devices\`, selecting the controller, and going to the config page in the bottom right.

2. On the right side, you'll see the list of settings, in here you'll find options to set what's connected for each channel of the controller.\

3. In this example on the Gigabyte Motherboard you have options for ARGB header 1 and 2. Both of which you can select up to 3 devices that will be considered to be connected 'in-line' with each other.

2. On the right side, you'll see the list of settings, in here you'll find options to set what's connected for each channel of the controller.

Here i've told SignalRGB that I have 2 Corsair LL fans (16 leds each) connected to the first ARGB header, and a custom strip on the second ARGB header. Using the slider at the top I've set the Custom strip to be 30 leds long. You can use this Custom option for any device that isn't in the dropdown menu's options.

5. On the Layouts page you'll notice these items appear as new devices you can move and position on the canvas just like your others!
