If a device is showing up in the USB/PCI info panel as unsupported here are a few steps you can take to find out if the device can be integrated into SignalRGB.
Check the Supported Devices List on the website to verify if the device already has support and is being misdetected. SignalRGB uses the devices USB Vendor and Product Id's (0x1B1C and 0x0C1E in the image above.) to detect devices. These id's must match exactly and variants of devices will commonly have slightly different ones even if the underlying protocol is the same.
If you have a blackwidow v2 Overwatch Edition and the Blackwidow v2 is supported its likely as simple as changing the Product id to match your device. For this Join our Discord Server and reach out to the Dev/Mod team with a screenshot of your USB/PCI Info panel.
If the device is not on the Supported Devices list then you'll need to put in a request for it using the form at the bottom of the page. We'll be constantly aquiring and adding support for devices based on popularity so feel free to put in a request for all of your unsupported devices.
If you're knowledgeable with programming you can also attempt to add support for it yourself using the USB Data Capture Guide and reverse engineering the protocol for it. There's Documentation on the wiki for all of the functions needed.
