As per discussion on Matrix and also https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Circle/-/issues/195#note_1963598, the new UI is not that great. Revert this back to how it was previously.

This does not revert the backend code used, so adding it again should be easy.

Reverts parts of !83 (merged). Reopens #55.
