This merge request contain user guide updates and some changes for Dependabot Preview to work in GitHub mirror, among others.

TO-DO

• Add Documentation Style Guide
• Update the User Guides for v0.5.0
• Deploy CoC from https://legal.madebythepins.tk/general-code-of-conduct
• Add requirements.txt for Dependabot Preview
• Change target branch from master to staging.
