Draft: add workaround to force initramfs module loading on argon,sparkler,leo

This adds a new feature in the (big) initramfs, by @craftyguy for forcing modules to load the "old way", for debug purposes and temporary workarounds.

This param is added to the kernel cmdline for argon, sparkler, and leo, since boot is failing due to display (and usb controller?) kernel drivers not loading via udev (see 7c981277).
