Updated _ucm_commit to include fix for broken sound on PulseAudio 17.0 for google-sargo (MR sdm670-mainline/alsa-ucm-conf!1 (merged))

This is similar to what was done for sdm845 devices in !5270 (merged).

Tested on google-sargo.

Related to issue #2894 (closed).
