soc-qcom-sdm845: upgrade ucm configs to the latest commit

Updated _ucm_commit to ship latest ucm config for sdm845 devices.
This ships the audio fix for PulseAudio 17.0, see alsa-ucm-conf!22.

Merging this fixes #2894 (closed)

Tested on oneplus-enchilada.
