Getting Started with Polyapp

One of the biggest problems with Polyapp is how long it takes to get started. You must first learn that Polyapp exists, then install it (about 15 minutes), then get used to the UI, build some Tasks, and start using those Tasks. You might also need to write some code to make your Tasks work as you intend.

We can improve upon the startup time for each of these steps:

  1. I could start that blog I've been putting off to advertise Polyapp and advertise it on social media.
  2. Create a public Polyapp Deployment. This would be a URL like "public.polyapp.tech" which you can visit to see Polyapp - #2 (closed)
  3. I don't have a plan to help people get used to the UI, although it would be nice to clean up the navigation UI - #3 (closed)
  4. Building some Tasks could be replaced with getting Tasks from the Hub (#1 (closed)) - #5
  5. I could link in Tasks which are frequently used to the home page so you can start using them faster. #4 (closed)
