Centre motors and adjust illumination during build

From #402 there are several points where the microscope should be set up during the build, to make first use easier.

  • Add checking steps for centring the actuators after assembling the actuators, and immediately before installing the motors
  • Adjust the position of the condenser in renders, and update the instructions

Add basic quick-start guide - test sample and focus and illumination adjustment before calibration Edit: The Software questions are separate from the hardware assembly. This needs a website page for the assembly instructions to link to.
