Clarify FFC cable type as wrong type damages cameras

The camera FFC cables must be Type B (with each side having contacts at 1 end), using a Type A cable will cause the camera to burn out.

Steps for this MR:

• Create Type A vs Type B diagram for FFC cables
• Add diagram and to the camera BOM page.
• Clarify the type in the BOM (with a note maybe)
• Add a check before assembling with the diagram
