Ribbon cable should have one blue tab per face

As seen in recent field work, some Amazon sellers are selling Pi camera ribbon cables with the blue tab on the same side at both ends. This inverts the connections with the camera, causing a short circuit to melt the camera and optics module!

Should have a warning box for users to check their cable, and possibly a general warning about third party sellers.
