Choice of gear ratios for motorised microscopes

This merge request changes the way the gear parameters are defined/calculated to make the gearing ratio between the motors and the actuator adjustable.

With this change 'small' and 'large' gears can be built automatically for a variety of different ratios.

The standard ratios is 2:1. Ratios of 1:1 and 1:1.25 (0.8:1) have been successfully tested

This is related to #231 (closed) and https://openflexure.discourse.group/t/faster-motion-different-gearing/629, also related to achieving the same thing using different motors https://openflexure.discourse.group/t/faster-motors-with-less-gearing/1591

  • check fit on z-axis Only the standard 2:1 physically fits on the z-axis, and anything faster makes Autofocus unreliable
  • add to Customisations and Alternatives
