Fixes over-enthusiastic cutout in xy-base.

There is a notch unnecessarily cut out of the xy base near the lugs. This reduces the rigidity in the xy wall.

This fix is related to increasing rigidity of the xy wall the unified main body that supports TI and RI, #163 (closed)
