Space for reflection optics as standard

@jtc42 Wasn't there a plan to make the reflection cut out part of the standard build and to attach the rear foot above the cutout for low-cost microscopes? Did this idea get abandoned? It would be nice if people do not need a whole new base to choose to do reflection.
