https://github.com/edx/edx-documentation/pull/1889 was recently merged, which resolved an issue alluded to in public#17 (closed) . The issue in question, the python no command, has been addressed.

This PR removes the mention of the issue in our onboarding course.

I'm not sure when the updates to the documentation will actually be deployed. https://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/xblock-tutorial/en/latest/getting_started/create_first_xblock.html still shows the error at this time. So we may want to wait on actually merging and deploying this until we can see it's done.
