Resolve "Refactor Plane Wave and add Vector Potential"

Description

This MR sees that the user specifies 'vector_potential' with Velocity Gauge and 'electric_field' with Length Gauge, when using External Sources. Also some cleaning of plane wave code is completed in this branch.
