NWD - Monthly Planning
NOVEMBER
NOVA Web Development is a democratically run, worker-owned and operated cooperative focused on developing free software tools for progressive organizations, committed to economic democracy and the educational growth of our members.
We want to Help build popular power through democratic control of our data by implementing LibreOrganize in our partner's websites.

Development, hosting, and maintenance of democratically owned and governed technology/web infrastructure:
- video chat (Jitsi Chat)
- LibreOrganize
- Business tracker

Hosting workshops and training:
- HTML / Django training (By German)
- Regular training about Cooperatives and principles (We should do this)
- LibreOrganize / Business tracker training for current or new customers

Abstract goals:
- Connecting people to networks and movements (Research to connect with others in person)
- Outreach by email (A Hello email with our services / but no SPAMMING)
- Building a community around NWD services (trough Social Media or any other platform like patio and mattermost)
- Improve team communication skills by weekly meetings / SCRUM
- Get in touch with possible partners (Old proposals and email)
- Improving development / Project management skills
- Improving relationship and communication with our partners

ISUUES WE'RE FACING
- We need to find a way to generate enough money this month to pay @zOnny and @nrcerna16 (Next month will need more for @lelkneralfaro
- No new income from current customers
- Projects with Agaric on hold
- We're running out of money
How Monthly Planning should work
It would be great to create a calendar with the activities that we're going to do. Team Members to approach our monthly goals: @nrcerna16 - Creating proposal, online research, and Follow up with partners (Chris could help with this, or maybe @zOnny) @lelkneralfaro - Could help to mentor Nana to no repeat what we've been doing wrong)
