DRAFT: Expand /boot and include target partition for installer

Resolves the disk space issue of two kernels on encrypted systems (issues#218 (closed))

Removes need for patching calamares-mobile to create target install partition. (calamares-settings-mobian!1 (comment 477703481))

Currently untested, but posted to get comments on the sizes and method of adding the installer partition.
