• make sure minds-3952-boost-goals is on
• make sure this feature is not available when the feature flag is off
• make sure your own "activity" boosts show "goal selection" and the rest of the functionality described in the ticket
• make sure non-own activity boosts don't show goal selection
• make sure channel boosts don't show this
• make sure to create some normal boosts and see if it works
