Summary of Changes

Enable disabling comments for web app.

Testing Considerations

  • Test you can disable and reenable comments from various places and test that both to yourself and other users, it works as intended.
  • Test with multiple users logged in, that if you disable comments while reading comments in the other, commenting results in an error message telling you that comments are disabled.
