Fix issue with pro topbar appearing above navigation elements

  1. Go to a pro page
  2. Open notifications, menu, should appear infront of pro topbar
  3. Scroll down, pro topbar should go behind nav
  4. Searchbox should also give you items that are clickable and not behind the UI.
