(Bug) MindsPRO: Notification overlay does not completely cover the Pro 'topbar'

Summary

When viewing a MindsPRO homepage, and using the Notification window, the Notification window does not cover the entire area of the homepage; part of it bleeds through (as shown below)

Steps to reproduce

Open a MindsPro homepage
Open Notifications via the notifications bell

Platform information

Firefox 78.4.0 esr/Debian Buster

What is the current bug behavior?

Two lines in the 'topbar' are bleeding through the notification window, rather the the notif window completely covering the entire area.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The notif window should cover everything it overlays.
