Replace Django-paintstore with an HTML5 replacement.

Sicne paintstore is no-longer maintained, this commit replaces that with a simple widget that allows entering hex code for colors instead.

This is a slightly fixed version of !82 (closed) with tiny changes in style and rebase off the master.
