Replace paintstore
Replaces the (no longer maintained) module django-paintstore with a custom implementation utilizing html5.
Update:
The only use of paintstore in Hyperkitty is to pick colors for categories. It turns out the categories feature is not even finished and mostly disabled in the frontend.
