fix: Add base template to style allauth templates.
With django-allauath 0.0.57, there have been changes to styling allauath and it requires a new base template, which the remaining templates are based on.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
