Changes made to printer connections

This merge pretty drastically changed when and how printer objects are created and handled. It's fairly interesting how it works with the monitor items that handle the sidebars on the monitor section of the application. Everything should be working currently, we just need some clean up to be done (mainly just checking up-to-date firmware files) and then we should be good to go for another Beta release. Hopefully tomorrow is our day.
