Cura placing T0 at start of gcodes (Akita Specific)
Cura is placing a T0 command at the start of gcode it generates, prior to the machine specific start gcode. For any E3D toolchanger system, this is undesirable as it causes the tool to be picked up, which then needs to be put back in the dock for the system to be homed since the Z locating switch can't be used with a tool loaded.
We should remove this T0 command and place it as-needed into machine specific start gcode. It should only need to be there for dual extrusion machines.
This fix is currently in place on branch T9896, it needs to be tested and verified before merged to master. (Akita specific request, wait until bio release for merge)
