Update docs

the goal is to:

• reflect recent changes in the settings and UI (OCSP, strict mode, always on PB mode).
• add bsys5 to features.
• explain the current sbing situation with reasoning and current limitations.
• add xorigin referers details in different faq points.
• add faq entry about safe negotiation.
