Draft: Update to virtio-win 0.1.225

I've extracted virtio-win-0.1.225.noarch.rpm into preinst/virtio-win so we can add new drivers for unattended installation.

I'm having a little trouble testing this out. Could not make virt-install unattended work with win-10 nor win-11, only with win-8.1 which ends up failing with

I'm not sure that's an issue with virt-install/gnome-boxes (both output the same) or with virtio-win drivers in these release.

Any suggestions?
