Use VSSOP_2.3x2mm instead of 2.4x2.1mm

John Beard requested to merge johnbeard/kicad-symbols:rename_vssop-8_2.3x2 into master

Following footprint generator kicad-footprint-generator!1142 (merged) , it was found that the VSSOP-8 2.4x2.1 footprint is actually a tiny variation of the standard 2.3x2 body size, using the max body tolerances.

So just rename FPs in the two symbols using that to use 2.3x2 . The target FP already exists, but it is changed to be generated in XXX.
