Add R_Potentiometer_Dual_MountingPin

I'm adding a variant of dual potentiometer with mounting pins. I only copied R_Potentiometer_Dual and added the mounting pin at the bottom.

There are two versions of a dual potentiometer. I assume we need to add this to R_Potentiometer_Dual_Separate as well, I'm just not sure if I should add this to the first unit only, or maybe to a new third unit?
